How is the Market?

In Arizona, the market is still rolling strong. I know, that is not what you are hearing from many of the whining REALTORS. Sorry, that is how I see it.
Now we actually have to have skill to make a living in this Industry.
My question to you is this....if you are struggling, what are you doing to improve your value? Are you learning more? Are you checking out new marketing techniques to better serve your clients and generate more business? Are you door knocking FSBO homes and previewing 5 to 10 homes per week? If you answered "No", then I would ask you, WHY NOT?
